Subjects:

I enjoy landscapes from all around the world with emphasis on bridges, trains, mountains, rivers, trees, insects and wildlife. My favorite artist is Vincent Van Gogh which inspires my post impressionistic style. I also create far away places and Wizard of Oz art.

Mediums:

Acrylics, watercolor, ink, pencil, rice paper, 1mm tape, crystals, goldleaf on canvas and paper. 

Along with miniature paintings I make fairy houses and refurbish antiques.

I developed a new technique using rice paper, pencil and 1 mm tape to use for the focal point of the painting.  Using this with acrylic paint on canvas results in a one of a kind creation.  Some of my newer paintings use watercolor, ink and goldleaf.
